Target wanted us create an experience that simplified the way people buy, rent, download, and stream movies and TV shows.
The challenge was to make this experience—with so many purchase and viewing options—simple, visually rich, and an extension of the Target brand.
In the experience we designed features for a family: age-specific collections, individual queues, parental controls, and the ability to browse by cast member or children’s character. We also integrated Common Sense Media scores and Rotten Tomatoes reviews to make picking something to watch easier.
Our team worked with Target and their other technology partners to develop the beta experience. SapientNitro continued to work with Target and expand the service on a range of devices. Target launched Target Ticket to praise from the press and their customers.
